The Team
Fitting within the wider HR function, the Digital HR and Analytics team are a group of dependable, innovative thinkers, who are empowered to support the delivery, enhancement, & maintenance of the People & Campus systems to help drive the People and business strategies forward. We also aim to set up and create a data driven infrastructure to provide insights to support data-informed decision making. PVH Europe currently uses HR Applications including Workday, ServiceNow, and PeopleDoc. In addition to managing and implementing these and other systems, we are also responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical interfaces to other systems, such as StoreForce and multiple payroll solutions. We act as key stakeholder managers between the corporate systems team in the US, European HQ in Amsterdam, and the country market organizations across Europe.
The Position
As a member of the Digital HR and Analytics team, you will be part of the EU HQ HR team. This puts you as close as possible to your stakeholders (your analytics consumers), allowing you to have maximum impact and influence. You will be working towards optimization of people insights, delivering data that is useful and accurate to create people-related strategies across the business. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for running and distributing regular scheduled reporting, that supports various HR KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and goals.
Create and iterate on solutions and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis
Document requirements with stakeholders, and partner with HR teams on broader changes to core dashboards and solutions.
Generates ad-hoc analyses to answer critical and time-sensitive business questions, finding areas of strategy opportunities
Develop reports to retrieve data in an accurate and timely manner using available reporting tools from multiple systems
Assist with data audits and corrections as needed
Participate in data cleaning and system maintenance activities, including review, testing, and implementation of HRMS system enhancements, upgrades, or patches to ensure continued accuracy of analytics.
Produce and support technical requirements and reporting process documentation
Develop and conduct training, as necessary, that supports HR independence for obtaining analytics
Contribute to the creation of concepts for the further development of existing HR processes using HR Analytics, e.g., data quality control, co-creation of new HR dashboards and reports
The Ideal Candidate:
Advanced level user of MS Excel and SAP Analysis for office.
Experience with Workday reporting and advanced report creation.
Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods.
Experience managing and building trust with stakeholders of all levels about their support needs and requirements.
Experience in processing and prioritizing requests from multiple stakeholders and aligning to the overall business strategy.
Experience telling stories with data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in an international environment with fluency In English.
Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau) will be a plus.
