What you’ll do & achieve:
These will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Keep employee experience at the center, Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes. Managing employee queries on HR and keeping track on issues until they are resolved. Implement/administer policies/programs/procedures. Supports the delivery of HR processes and ensures adherence to policies. Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implements changes necessary to cover risks. Liaising with our external benefits advisors and Oversee wellness initiatives.
Managing HR operations of an employee life cycle from entry to exit seamlessly, with meticulous and diligent record-keeping and compliance with all necessary laws/guidelines.
Initiating background screening checks, creating new hire folders on Box and Uploading new hire documentation to employee files. Ensuring all benefits enrollment are up to date. Managing HR system maintenance and accuracy on New hires, changes with existing employees, terminations, etc. providing payroll input and working with stakeholders across IT, Finance and Facilities team and managing employee separation

What you’ll need to be successful:
High on ownership to drive innovation and continuous improvement throughout employee life cycle
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards, be an ambassador of the function
Must possess sound knowledge of HR systems and processes
High business acumen to understand and analyses business objectives
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving supported by data analysis
knowledge in employment registration and regulations related laws
Should be comfortable with Google suite - doc, sheet, form, and slide
Audits & Compliance, Comp & Ben and handling disciplinary cases (Desirable)
