We provide our clients valuable and strong Information Technology resources to address their resourcing challenges and needs.  **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking HR Manager with 5 years of Management experience in US and the India Human Resources operations.Responsibilities and Duties:Design the Parameter for the recruitment and selection process for each department in the organization.Guide the HR team to Conduct the telephonic or skype, in-person interviews and keep tracking the applicants till the selection process ends.Involves into India and USA HR activities.Analyze the reports generated from the surveys and feedback regarding the organization procedure and employee satisfaction, design the preventive measures for smooth running of process.Works on reviewing the old process and adopting the new processes time to time for the organization growth and development.Adopt the new technologies and software to import them into the company procedures.Provide the training to all the employees on new technologies or software introduced.Issue the Offer letters, Agreement of Employment, Employee Verification Letters for Employees.Review the collected and generated I-9, W-4, Identify Proof, Visa Copy etc. from Employees and Contractors.Perform the e-verification for each employee in the Scheduled time.Involves into immigration activities like H1B CAP and H1B transfer cases of US Employees.Maintain the good and active relationship with the employees and attorneys during the H1B CAP and H1B Transfers for error free submission of petitions.Review the completed or final H1B petitions and give the confirmation to the attorneys to file the petitions to USCIS.Make sure that LCA and PAF are performed in Scheduled timePerform the HR Compliance activities time to time according to the USCIS acts and Laws.Make sure that the HR Team performing their activities in time and help them to build up the organization policies and procedures. Participate into the payroll activities for the India and USA employees, design the payroll structure for each employee according to their assigned bands.Design and implement the performance Appraisal programs as per the instructions of HR ManagerAnalyze the performance of individuals and teams, Design and conduct the training and development programs if the employees required more skills.Design and Implement the individual performance goals to reach the organization goals.Perform Mid-Year and Annual Performance review for Employees.Conduct General, Team and Management meetings on the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Coordinates with employees and management in smooth running of day to day activities.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s or PGDM in Human Resources.7to 8 years of experience as HR Lead or minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager.Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience into US Immigration activities.Should be Flexible to working in US Timings.Should have excellent team management and grievance handling skills.Responsible for the assigned duties.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, detail oriented and flexible for the daily activity and task.Should have the excellent knowledge over the company acts and laws.
