Description
The Senior Talent Management Professional develops, implements, and evaluates the programs inside the actuarial community and will offer recommendations for improvement as needed. The Senior Talent Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. It is expected that this associate can work independently. This associate will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Management Professional will lead the Actuarial Internship Program from the selection process, which involves developing and maintaining relationships with college and university programs and organizing and hosting on campus recruiting events, to scheduling summer activities so that we select interns with high potential to be successful in a full-time role and provide them with a best in class summer intern experience. The associate in this job will also measure and monitor the results of the program. The associate in this job will have oversight for the Actuarial Professional Development Program (APDP) which is the program that provides oversight for the credentialing and the support of full-time actuarial associates. The associate in this job will lead the efforts to build relationships with organizations to support our efforts to enhance our Inclusion and Diversity within our associate population. Once new associates begin their career inside the actuarial community the person in this job will update and own the on-boarding experience. The associate in this job will continue our efforts to enhance and build our brand on college campuses. This is a high level overview of the majority of work for which this associate will be accountable.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of technical experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Prior college/university recruiting experience
Graduate Degree
