Your new company
Our client are a market leader in their manufacturing and supply company and they are looking for a temporary HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 3 month contract initially for immediate start.
Your new role
The client are looking for a HR Advisor to support predominately on ER cases but with a supportive team around them you will also have the opportunity to assist with generalist HR and any on-going project work. Your role is to provide high quality support to line managers, coaching and supporting them by providing expert advise and guidance.
You will also be asked to help support the HR Admin team in ensuring HR records and procedures are up to date, assist with HR reporting and assisting with on-boarding and payroll.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours with flexible start and finish times and hybrid working available.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for experienced and confident HR Advisors who have experience ideally within a manufacturing/supply or similar environment and are fully competent in Employee Relations. You will be process orientated and be able to personally drive continuous improvement and have the ability to build relationships at all levels.
