Job Description JOB SUMMARY:
Providing direct support to the Mountain Branch within the Environmental Services and Solutions (ESS) business unit, the Recruiter will report to the Manager of Recruitment and be accountable for full-cycle talent acquisition, delivering effective talent acquisition services and solutions to the business to meet current and anticipated future hiring demands with added focus on process efficiencies, managing cost, and increasing value while complying with external legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring alignment with established internal standards and guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide full-cycle talent acquisition support to assigned client base developing robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract and recruit qualified and diverse talent
Understand the ESS business and develop actionable knowledge of talent available in the marketplace
Cultivate and maintain professional relationships in order to attract top talent that meet qualifications and organizational fit
Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
Educate and counsel hiring managers on local recruitment policies and procedures, interviewing techniques, and compliance with EEO/OFCCP laws and regulations
Interface with vendors and recruitment agencies engaged in searches
Track and report recruiting status reports to the Manager of Recruitment, GMs, and HR Business Partners
Participate in recruiting-related projects, initiatives, and events
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service level agreements
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, employment law, and technological advancements
Qualifications Candidates must possess three (3) to five (5) years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience. Experience recruiting in a high-voulme industrial environment is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
Candidates must possess experience in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to source passive and active candidates including but not limited to job boards, career fairs, internet mining, social and professional networking, email sourcing campaigns, cold calling, and referrals
Additional Information COMPENSATION
Annual salary: $80,000 to $100,000
Bonus Target: 15% of base salary
The candidate must be located in the Mountain Branch region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or New Mexico) but may work remotely. Travel is expected as needed to sites within the Mountain Branch in order to establish relationships with site leadership, understand local markets, and develop ESS business acumen.
