What We’re Looking For:
The Sr Manager, People Analytics & Insights will manage the People Analysts and lead the team in performing research and providing data-driven insights to better attract, hire, engage, and retain employees.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Lead a team of People Analysts, providing structure, support and direction while enabling them to support the needs of the People team and the broader business
Provide strategic guidance on the development and maintenance of organizational wide human capital reporting and other dashboards
Manage collaboration with various stakeholders across the People Team and the Business to understand and report on People insights around employee recruiting, performance, and retention
Partner with HRBP, DEI, Employee Career & Development and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to identify evidence-based strategies to make 2U businesses groups more effective and equitable
Generates insights and provides effective narrative to support executive presentations and documentation and creates executive-ready analytics deliverables (e.g., reports, PPTs)
Advises People team on key opportunities discovered by data and brings data into the discussion
Stays abreast of and advises on external People Analytics trends and technologies and partners with the Data Science team to ensure best practices in data analysis
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
6-8 years of quantitative & client-oriented work experience
Relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field
Strong people leadership skills
Ability to manage matrixed relationships throughout the organization, coordinating time and resources according to shifting priorities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data and provide actionable insights
Strong G-Suite and Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Greenhouse ATS, and Tableau data visualization, or the proven ability to learn and master new systems quickly.
Strong written and/or verbal communication skills

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $100,000.00 with potential bonus and equity eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
