Job Summary
Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of all Compensation programs. Engages with the leadership team regarding the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation plans. Ensures compliance with all governmental record-keeping and reporting requirements for compensation programs. Provides leadership and direction for team which may include multiple functional areas. Develops and implements strategy for functional area(s). May have responsibility for developing and managing budget.

Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support strategic objectives and comply with regulations.
Oversees the annual salary and bonus review process.
Provides leadership in the evaluation and maintenance of employee compensation programs.
Provides direction, coaching and development opportunities for all direct reports.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
