Hi,
I need someone to do technical interview to assist with recruitment of new IT consultants to work in Malaysia/Singapore. Here is what you need to do :-
1) Search for prospective IT candidates in Linkedin from India, Philippines and Indonesia who are willing to work in Malaysia/Singapore.
2) Their skills domain should be any one of the following SAP, Oracle, Java, PHP, Dot Net, C , Python, Software Testing
3) You must interview the candidate in spectacular English. The interview has to be for a minimum of 10 minutes.
4) The interview questions have to be split into 2 parts, first part is introduction with common HR related questions for 2 minutes. These HR questions can be repeated with other candidates as well. Second part is the technical part for 8 minutes where you need to use unique technical questions which should NOT be repeated with other candidates. Each interview has to have its own unique technical interview questions.
5) You have to prepare your own interview questions. For the technical questions, you can use the respective skills certification questions that you can get from Internet. The good thing is you dont have to validate the answers from the candidate. Just record as it is.
6) You need to submit the candidates High definition photo, Recorded interview and resume. I will provide you the website link where you need to submit these details.
You will be paid 1 dollar for each interview recorded.
