Your new role
You will be providing HR Advisory support across the full employee lifecycle. In a role where no two days are truly the same, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Main point of contact for employee queries
* Recruitment and selection - supporting line managers
* ER case management - attending meetings as needed as a trusted advisor
* Wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives
* Lead on projects
* Change activity such as TUPE
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner who has a strong track record in supporting employees and line managers. Any experience of TUPE would be advantageous, but not essential.
