HR Operations Analyst

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for the accurate administration of all HR actions using established transactions procedures and guidelines. This includes HR data reporting and maintenance in SAP. He/she must ensure all activities are performed in strict compliance to Schlumberger procedures, employment rules, manuals, policies and country legislation.

HR Operations Analyst also acts as a first point of contact for employees and HR staff on queries regarding, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, HR policies, procedures and HR Information Systems (HRIS). He/she resolves the request per the established procedures and is responsible for providing accurate responses and timely turnaround for all queries.

Successful HR Operations Analyst are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. The ability to work under pressure to execute efficiently a high volume of transactions while ensuring accuracy of data is critical and should be well balanced with a strong service-oriented attitude.

The HR Operations Analyst reports directly to the Team Lead.

Qualifications


Bachelors or master’s degree
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent command of English required (verbal and written)
