We're just getting started.You will report directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations. You will be working in a team oriented environment supporting a multi-national Talent Acquisition and Human Resources organization. The ability to form successful and positive relationships with our internal client teams is a must.Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!Lead a team of 20 Recruiting Coordinators to support hiring across multiple businesses in the US.Lead strategy for standard methodologies and processes to improve the scheduling operations and candidate experienceWorking closely with Line Managers and our Recruiters across the US to ensure scheduled phone and Zoom interviews, across multiple time zones are handled correctly by the team.Create and maintain a culture of learning and development to support growth opportunities for the teamDefine team and individual performance goalsResolve headcount and team structure/alignmentDesign reporting for scheduling cycle times, critical metrics for the recruiting coordination team and candidate experienceBuild and/or refine current recruiting coordination processes and proceduresMaintain the current Splunk employee referral programRequirements: Iu2019ve already done that or have that!5 years of validated experience in a fast-paced, HR or Staffing related customer service roleHigh proficiency in Google Suite and JobviteExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to form strategic relationships with highly experienced recruiting professionals across all functions of the businessApplicant Tracking System (Jobvite, Workday, etc.) or HRIS experience preferredNice to Haves: Bonus points!Experience working with an in-house Recruiting or Human Resources teamPrior experience communicating in a multicultural, multinational environment with team members who are based within the US and internationallyKnowledge of employment guidelines and practicesEducation: Got it!Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent required.
