This person will be responsible for building relationships and working closely with key internal and external partners to create and implement diversity recruiting strategies that will yield measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in diversity recruiting with the skills to perform proactive sourcing while working across all businesses to create and implement diversity talent initiatives based on their unique needs and opportunities.**Duties/Responsibilities** Leverage and partner with key internal partners and stakeholders regarding branding, sourcing and hiring towards targeted diverse talent. Conduct analyses and develop recommendations regarding diversity sourcing and hiring plans. Providing training and knowledge sharing to recruiters and hiring managers concerning methods on sourcing and recruiting diverse candidates. Leverage social platforms and online recruiting resources to create brand awareness while working to identify and recruit a diverse pool of qualified talent. Enhance our national and regional diversity partnerships and activities through creative methodologies that result in brand awareness, talent generation and sustainable talent pipelines. Act as a liaison between several key stakeholders to ensure that diversity talent initiatives are being coordinated effectively. Research and propose diversity-related initiatives to enhance our current partnerships and regional engagements. Identify and attend local and national diversity recruiting events. Overall program, project and relationship management with external global DEI organizations and institutions. Identify key organizations to develop relationships with and pilot/implement engagement opportunities. Work cross functionally across CBRE to move forward key priorities and broad initiatives aimed at growing our diversity pipeline. Own and drive select strategic initiatives with program management efforts to deliver key achievements and results, including growing pipeline of underrepresented minorities, women and people with disabilities. Support cross functional teams with vital skills to help drive critical achievements and project successes. Advise DEI leadership on communications opportunities relevant to programs and initiatives. Develop meaningful initiatives that build strong connections into diverse communities. Excellent project management capabilities: you can lead multiple, sophisticated workstreams and prioritize projects concurrently High proficiency in DEI concepts, programs and initiatives, and experience in their application to build programs that attract and hire talent from under-represented background groups Design and execute matrixed Recruiting programs that attract and engage talent in a competitive market through a variety of strategies and creative programs Develop performance metrics and goals for diversity recruiting efforts. Track against these metrics and report to the organization, communicate program impact and identify further opportunities. Present metrics reports on a regular cadence to DEI team and leadership Identify and utilize new and existing job boards and other sourcing strategies/resources to attract and assist with onboarding diverse talent; manage and track results/outcomes, inclusive of interviews, hires/conversions and feedback Be capable of creating the best out of ambiguity and leading others through change Oher duties as assigned**Qualifications** Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources, communications or business, or related field or comparable combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years staffing or recruiting experience required. Minimum of 2 years program management experience required. Experience working with college/university career programs preferred. Project management experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to solve problems involving several options. Ability to apply sound judgment and a high level of analytical skills when calibrating candidates to target positions. Understanding of specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law and interviewing techniques or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. Demonstrated personal computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications. Basic knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations and training and development. Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
