We are looking for an HR Officer to join our busy Human Resources department. The role of HR Officer is a varied role and will involve supporting a portfolio of academic and professional services departments within a small team. It is an ideal role for an HR Administrator ready to take the next steps in their career.
This is an important role within the team requiring the ability to work independently, accurately and with initiative. There are often tight time pressures and priorities to be met and/or negotiated.
This role will co-ordinate many aspects of HR with an emphasis on academic recruitment, on-boarding and ensuring pre-employment checks are in place, manpower planning, responding to HRIS reports and ensuring that all aspects of the employee life cycle are managed expediently. The role will support the Partners to deliver against some of our key performance indicators and to deliver a responsive, professional HR service to our line managers.
