Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, developing and deploying talent development
initiatives in areas such as management and leadership development, DEI, and
professional skills.
Partner strongly with business leaders and HR Business partners to assess
effectiveness, evaluate biggest opportunities, and address learning and
performance needs for global audiences.
Perform analysis of talent metrics and qualitative information to inform design
and delivery and have demonstrated ability to “tell the story.”
Experience in building programmatic solutions that span the entirety of the
employee experience and lifecycle.
Creatively design modern learning programs and experiences in a variety of
formats including self-directed, virtual digital, networking, mentoring, integrated to
the flow of work, ‘train the trainer’ and blended approaches.
Oversee and/or deliver onboarding programs including global design of
programs, content and tools to ensure connection with organization values and
culture.
Assist in the sourcing and qualifying of new vendors. Manage vendor
relationships. Assess quality of vendor deliverables and make sound
recommendations.
Qualifications/Experience
7-10 years’ experience in learning and development, talent management or
related function.
Demonstrated experience either creating/consulting with digital learning
resources and interactions including using authoring tools such as Articulate 360
or Adobe Captivate.
Facilitate group meetings, team building and change management
efforts in support of organization development.
Experience leading DEI efforts a plus.
Experience managing wide-scale projects tied to talent programs.
Knowledge of adult learning theory, needs analysis, various learning modalities,
learning design and evaluation methodology.
Demonstrated experience delivering learning experiences through a variety of
formats including in person instructor led; virtual instructor led; self-directed
learning paths and advanced facilitation.
Highly influential, engaging and persuasive in communications. Strong written
and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic,
fun, and global environment.
