The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the execution of Talent Acquisition services to ensure we are competitive, effective, and able to recruit the best quality talent to support long-term workforce skills gaps and resourcing requirements. Delivering operational excellence this role provides external insights and best practices to help embed new initiatives and concepts across our hiring teams. This role is integral to delivering consistent, fair, and effective operational recruitment activities, hiring top talent, and ensuring a world-class service is experienced by hiring teams and candidates. Execute and implements strategy, guidelines, concepts to deliver modern talent acquisition initiatives and services to the business. In partnership with HRBP’s use workforce analytics to drive insights and enable hiring decisions to meet skills demands for the future. Deliver talent acquisition services across Digital, Supply Chain & HQ Operations ensuring PVH is represented as an employer of choice throughout our hiring process. Drives innovation using deep knowledge, expertise, and external insights to anticipate trends and remain competitive across the external talent landscape. Manages and implements employer branding across portfolio leveraging storytelling and deep business knowledge to activate recruitment marketing campaigns. Collaborates with CoE’s to drive effective talent planning to increase internal hires and ensure external pipelines are in place i.e. Talent Broker Program. Works with TA Director to build and maintain exec hire pipelines to headhunt and source proactively. Management of TA Leads & Specialists, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Support TA Director through forecasting spend and managing budget accordingly across portfolio. Deliver cyclical recruitment activities for future talent programs. Act as Talent Acquisition Lead for hiring managers in defined business areas where required.
