DESCRIPTION
-Join a leading, prestigious, Global Wealth/ Asset Management Company with state of the art technology and world class talent, where you will have excellent visibility and opportunity for growth and movement working in the Human Capital Technology Department.
-Human Capital Technology provides project management, business analysis, systems administration, software development and production support for Human Capital in the areas of HRIS, Talent Management and Professional Development, Compensation, Recruitment, Time Management and Benefits.
-HCT provides global support for internally hosted third party applications, externally hosted SAS solutions, and internally developed Human Capital applications and websites.
-Applications and systems include the following: SAP, SuccessFactors, CompXL, ADP Payroll and eTime, PeopleFluent, Tuition Assistance.
-High Level tasks will include:
-Respond to feedback on MyTalentPortfolio
-Review feedback from super-users and HC business partners
-Meet with HC super-users and business partners to flush out business process improvements as a result of their feedback, and spec out corresponding changes to myTalentPortfolio system
-Assess usability of performance management screens and forms, and make recommendations for improvements (within boundaries of SuccessFactors configuration capabilities)
-Better on screen indication of mandatory vs. optional fields/sections
-Improved layout of questions (two side-by-side columns in place of scrolling list of questions
-Manage the loading and testing of the new competencies into the system
-Assist HC with writing advisor changes and associations to competencies and ratings
-Intermediary between developer and Human Capital for HC business process and functionality questions (filter out developer questions so that only HC relevant questions make it to HC for feedback)
-Manage QA and UAT process for all system changes – involve only when absolutely necessary
-Project planning for all performance management system related tasks and milestones throughout the year
-End user training (for HC super-users and business partners) for newly delivered functionality and reports
REQUIREMENTS:
-You Should be a BA/PM with
-Performance and Talent management expertise,
-knowledge of/experience with SuccessFactors
-and strong comprehension of the corresponding Human Capital business processes
-and the ability to translate business needs into concise technical requirements.
-Strong interpersonal and communications skills is a must.
