This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed Digital Marketing & Research Team in Integrated Resources department, part of HR.
You will be working closely with digital marketing advisors and across key country corporate relations teams, and support the implementation of global and local digital marketing campaigns.

What’s the role?
Working closely with marketing advisors and across key country corporate relations teams
Support the implementation of global and local digital media strategies across all businesses
Deliver business reporting requirements for digital marketing campaign performance and measurement;
Website : visitor behaviour, content consumption patterns, UX, information architecture, multi-site content using Adobe experience/marketing cloud/tools
Social media listening, social media publishing, social media analytics, using marketing analytics tools such as Synthesio/Sprinklr
Advertising agency-led activities including SEM, SEO, PPC and Programmatic
Own programme of data integration and end to end tracking from subscribed & owned platforms and analytics tools to produce business insights that inform strategic decision making
Support research and insights programme by producing competitive intelligence, talent insights, digital/ technology trends and recommendations to inform strategic decision making with regards to marketing planning, value proposition and digital roadmap for the team.
Deliver business reporting with respect to candidate experience across all the candidate touchpoints with the employer brand and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and technology adoption
Implement of digital marketing content and publishing across digital touchpoints and platforms
The Digital Marketing and Data Analyst will drive the programme of data integration and KPI tracking, across subscribed & owned platforms and the various analytics tools, to produce a programme of insight generation that informs strategic business decision making, enhances candidate experience, optimises cost and improves quality.
Monitor and implement all legal and regulatory compliance and drive adoption of best practice digital in line with Shell standards.
What we need from you
You have proven capability in analytics and in partnering with a diverse / cross-cultural community of resourcing stakeholders, technology and data teams, marketing experts and external partners to deliver reports and actionable insights that contribute towards measurable business success of the global employer branding and talent attraction team. You will need to have:
Prior Digital Marketing and Data Analyst experience of 5 years, with a proven ability in working with multiple marketing analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and a deep understanding of campaign performance measurement, technology, tracking and customer research
Proficient in working with large and disparate data-sets and data visualisation tools (such as Power BI) to convert data into customer insights and the ability to tell the translate complex data to a story for a varied audience, in multiple formats.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
