Investing in our people and infrastructure at Pure is key to achieving our long term strategy of becoming a Talent Magnet. This role focuses on leading existing and new sourcing strategies to bring talented team members at Pure. You will be responsible for executing the global sourcing strategy for roles in Sales, Customer Experience, and G&A. This position will be best suited to someone who is passionate towards sourcing and is an inclusive leader with experience in both Sourcing & Recruiting.
Your impact:
You have a passion for innovation and operational excellence: you build, lead, and develop a high performing Global Sourcing team.
You inspire and develop members of the team, both internal team members and contractors
Collaborate with recruiting leadership, recruiters, and hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies, aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
Identify potential candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods, beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean, competitive mapping, etc.
Translate diversity sourcing strategies into candidate development strategies.
Drive deep partnerships with the business including understanding business priorities, technology roadmap, etc.
Provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.
Develop, monitor, and utilize strategic KPIs
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with a mix of remote work and weekly in office work from our headquarters in Mountain View, CA
A minimum of 8 years recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm/and in-house talent acquisition team.
A minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools.
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Experience sourcing at scale via hiring events, continuous pipelining projects, and other methods.
Experience sourcing for niche roles in a just in time manner.
Knowledge of competitive market mapping and Talent Market research.
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
