A client of ours is looking for a Full Cycle Payroll Specialist! this is an A-Z position required to offboard and onboard understand benefits and laws. Full cycle payroll/insurance/ process payroll and create spread sheets/ Some job cost accounting/ CA & AZ Tax filing. The job operates kind of like a union where you will need to understand prevailing wage rates the way unions do.

Job Description:
The Senior Payroll Analyst performs a wide variety of complex payroll processing activities, including the preparation, processing, and maintenance of payroll, maintaining data integrity, computing wage and overtime payments, recording payroll deductions, processing requests for manual paychecks, and processing terminations. Duties normally follow established procedures. Work will be completed under general supervision by the Payroll Director.
Requirements:
Requires 5-7 or more years of full-time relevant payroll administration experience.
2 or more years' experience with Vista and proven proficiency with Vista Perform platform strongly preferred.
Reporting knowledge a plus.
Understands CA & AZ Tax filing
Understands Prevailing Wage Rates
