HR Coordinator Jobs description
The HR coordinator is expected to effectively manage the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, managing the offer process, giving feedback to candidates, and ensuring proper management of recruitment costs. An HR coordinator also coordinates, develops, and supervises long-term and short-term programs, projects, and training presentations.HR coordinators typically work under HR directors. The HR coordinator maintains human resource records and updates them whenever necessary. He or she also provides administrative support to the rest of the HR team.
To obtain an HR coordinator job, one must have a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resource management or a related field and at least three years of professional experience in human resource management.
