PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Reporting to the Director Change & OD, this position will be part of the Change & OD Team, which develops and implements programs and initiatives in the areas of change management, team development and organizational development.S/he will partner with TLOD partners and business leaders. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to directly influence the success of our company through myriad implementation of initiatives. He/she must have demonstrated ability to work with individuals in all levels of the organization and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain confidential information is a must.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:General:Support TLOD Partner and HRBPs and to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Change Management, Team development & OD solutions.Use expert knowledge in the field of change management, team development or organizational development to propose recommended solutions and identify measures.Management of assigned Change and OD processes, including definition and monitoring of KPIs and continuous improvement of the process.Project management and coordination: lead assigned projects and processesManage Change Management and OD vendors of the assigned Change and OD projects or processesTeam Development Framework Support the development and maintenance of a Team Development Framework and Toolkit including practical examples and use cases for using the framework/toolkit. Continuously improve based on best practices and examples and experiences gathered.Support the delivery of end-to-end Team development solutions.Change Management and Organizational Development (OD) Framework Support development and maintenance of a Change Management and OD Framework and Toolkit including practical examples and use cases for using the framework/toolkit.
