Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. is seeking an innovative, energetic, and experienced HR Director to join its dynamic administrative leadership team in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in law firm HR management. Candidates must also have SPHR certification and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws in multiple jurisdictions, proficiency in benefits administration, and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Full competency in Microsoft Office suite, facility with document management systems, and experience in using HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
