Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Profile

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and hiring attorneys and law students across all Firm locations. You must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials and maintain strict confidentiality due to the nature of the position.
Essential Duties:
• Liaise between attorneys and candidates to coordinate interviews and ensure all necessary arrangements are made and details have been confirmed
•Conduct interview screens for attorney candidates
• Prepare schedules and candidate materials for On-Campus Interviews
• Identify opportunities, organize and attend and/or make arrangements for attorneys to attend recruiting events to meet with students and present information about the Firm
• Assess candidate profiles, resumes, and transcripts to make recommendations, where appropriate
• Synthesize interview evaluations and provide summaries and recommendations, where appropriate
• Work with the Recruiting team to coordinate the summer program, including trainings, programming, events, etc.
• Draft and execute attorney offer letters
• Liaise with Human Resources to understand all pre-hire requirements and ensure the recruiting team is updating and executing firm hiring procedures accordingly
• Manage recruiting data to be used in future decision making
• Manage the attorney recruiting database and ensure all candidate and position information is accurate
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of attorney recruiting experience
• Ability to research and analyze various types of data
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with individuals at all levels within and outside the Firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity as appropriate to each situation and demonstrate a high degree of diplomacy
• Ability to perform essential duties
