Account Supervisor, Employee Communications & Engagement','201164','Zeno','','','!*!About The JobWe are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor, Employee Communications & Engagement, to support and lead clients with employee engagement, internal communications and change management assignments. You will collaborate within the team, provide sound counsel and recommendations to clients, and drive results inclusive of traditional and emerging internal communications elements as well as leverage tools such as media relations, executive visibility, thought leadership, social media to support engagement. You’ll be responsible for having a comprehensive understanding of your accounts – their business, products, markets, and industry. You will also get the opportunity to support Zeno’s point of view and programming around DE&I initiatives, and embed that same thinking within client programs.The Account Supervisor will also work closely with senior-level team members to develop Zeno’s growing Employee Engagement offering, supporting the needs of Zeno’s U.S. and global clients.  In addition, the role will include new business proposal development and presentations, as well as the opportunity to contribute to the intellectual capital for the firm.  You will be responsible for managing the overall quality on projects and accounts, as well as adherence to budgets.  You will work as part of a team providing corporate affairs services across a variety of industries including hospitality, tech, health care, retail, CPG, and more. You will also be expected to lead projects and direct/mentor staff as needed. ','!*!
