Our Fresno office is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 5 years of HR experience to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time position. The HR Generalist is a key member of the Lozano Smith HR team and will be responsible for performing multiple HR disciplines including: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leaves of absence, benefit administration and employee relations. Excellent written and verbal communication is required. Ideal candidates have a passion for and working understanding of general HR functions; the ability to build rapport and positive relationships, and exceptional communication, administrative and critical thinking skills. Must be a team player, positive and professional.
