Director, Students and Grads Analyst Recruiting

As the Head of Students and Grads Recruiting for Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of a game-changing recruitment program to recruit Analyst and Strategy candidates from top-tier universities across the U.S. You will be responsible for purposefully aligning recruiting objectives with business outcomes to deliver innovative and effective recruiting services in support of enterprise transformation and growth.

As the Head of Students and Grads Recruiting for Analyst, you will be an analytically minded Human Resources professional with a demonstrated track record of aligning Talent Acquisition strategy with business strategy. Your efforts and leadership will go beyond just the analyst organization. Through your knowledge and expertise, you will contribute to the long-term vision of the broader Students and Grads Recruiting & Programs organization. You will have deep experience as a people leader with the ability to lead associates at all levels by setting clear expectations, delivering open and honest feedback, providing skill and career development, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will also possess the confidence and poise to influence the executive leadership team and various internal stakeholders. Most of all, you will possess the highest ethical standards, accompanied by a balanced ego and unwavering integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a compelling, long-term vision and strategy for the Analyst Students and Grads Recruiting program to recruit undergraduate analyst and strategy candidates from top universities
Consult with business leadership to ensure the Analyst Students and Grads strategy supports current corporate objectives and planned growth
Lead and mentor a large team of recruiters and program managers
Lead team to deliver against top, diverse hiring goals through appropriate experimentation, best practice benchmarking, and by following emerging trends
Based on the long-term vision and strategy, utilize partner teams and resources to establish university & event strategy, technology advancements and remaining well-managed through the use of data and metrics
Contribute to the formation and execution of broader Campus Recruiting & Program organization goals and vision through effective partnerships
Promote and scale the Analyst Recruiting program; define and manage the budget; adjust and articulate team resource needs and organization structure to achieve outcomes
Promote the continued evolution and impact of the distinctive employment brand and value proposition of Capital One
Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 8 years of experience in HR strategy or corporate recruiting or a combination
At least 8 years of experience in client management or consulting or a combination
At least 5 years of people management experience
At least 1 year of experience with on-campus Analyst Recruiting or Programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree or MBA
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
Experience leading Campus Recruiting within a technology-centric organization that is fast-paced and agile
At least 10 years of people leadership experience
Experience advising executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to serve as a change agent and drive transformation
