What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Specialist, you are extremely innovative and creative in your recruiting strategies. You play an important role on the recruiting team, supporting all efforts in attracting the best employees for ECS. You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:
Supporting hiring managers and the recruiting team with hiring needs and initiatives
Posting, closing, and canceling positions within the applicant tracking system according to OFCCP regulations
Performing the initial screening of applicants to determine qualifications
Leveraging social media to source for A-players
Reviewing and processing applicants; forwarding resumes to appropriate personnel
Collaborating on and delivering ideas for effective recruiting strategies and best practices
Updating the content and formatting of job descriptions
Utilizing applicant tracking systems to effectively manage a database of applicants
Communicating effectively via email, telephone, and face-to-face
What We're Looking For
High School diploma or GED
6 months - 2 years of experience
