RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the company and position
Screens and evaluates applicant's work history, education, training, skills, and compensation needs to obtain best match for position
Manage the candidate flow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with company and OFCCP guidance
Collaborate with team leadership, program managers, and the business development team to develop custom recruiting strategies
Utilize social media, job fairs, networking events, and various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates
Meets hiring targets and maintains compliance with established reporting structure
Develops strong relationships with recruiting sources, candidates and internal customers. Maintains effective communications with each group
Facilitates personnel pre-deployment by ensuring candidates meet BIO requirements
Performs quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of personally identifiable information (PII) and biographical information (BIO) documents prior to submission via HITS
Submits PII and BIO documents in the HITS application for review and processing by DS/OPO/Contract
Coordinates with DS/OPO/Contract to ensure the accurate and timely processing and review of HITS PII and BIO documents
Facilitates personnel pre-deployment by responding to recruitment needs, ensuring candidates meet BIO requirements, and communicating current BIO status, as appropriate
Updates records in HITS as appropriate, to include affiliation records, clearance records, training records, letters of authorization (LOAs), common access cards (CACs), PII updates, and update event records
Undergo periodic mandatory cyber security awareness training. Such training will be provided by the Client
Manage competing priorities simultaneously
Recommend improved efficiencies for systems and processes
Provide weekly performance metrics
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a US Citizen
Must possess either:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of experience performing administrative, data entry, QA/QC, records management, and information systems duties
An Associate's Degree from an accredited institution and 4 years of experience performing administrative, data entry, QA/QC, records management, and information systems duties
A High School Diploma and 6 years of experience performing administrative, data entry, QA/QC, records management, and information systems duties
Must possess at least two (2) years of recruiting experience (WPS/WPS-II, military or sales experience may be substituted)
Must currently possess a DOS MRPT or greater OR a DOD Secret clearance or greater
Must obtain and maintain an active Department OpenNet account, and remote access account and token
Must undergo initial account setup and initial mandatory cyber security awareness training at DS/OPO/Contract headquarters
Must obtain and maintain access to and competence with the DS HITS application, with an appropriate HITS user role, to include mandatory initial training with DS/OPO/Contract, and periodic refresher training as needed
Willing to work in a fast paced and fluid recruiting environment
Familiarity with military language and understanding of military records
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Possess strong organizational skills
Able to quickly understand position requirements
Able to work independently or within a team
High proficiency with MS Office applications
Willing to travel (job fairs, military bases, etc)

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
