We are seeking a Sr. Product Data Steward for a very important client.
How will you make an impact?
The Sr. Product Data Steward (aka: Execution Analyst) is responsible for executing product data changes throughout the lifecycle of the product in compliance with corporate procedures, 21 CRF Part 11, and ISO 13485 requirements. The Execution Analyst will support complex projects including acquisitions and integrations of product portfolios, and will provide training on our processes and data standards to other functions in all regions around the world. The scope of responsibility includes management of the processes and data associated with raw materials, bills of materials and sellable products that are managed in Oracle Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM, Oracle E1 and SAP 4.7 and are commercialized in all regions where Thermo Fisher does business.
What will you do?
Drive the process for product creation, change and discontinuation through our change control workflows.
Vault approved documentation that support manufacturing and procurement processes.
Manage and address data quality issues on any workflow.
Provide product data support on projects that include process improvement, system implementations, acquisitions, and integrations.
Deliver training and provide product data subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders.
Develop working knowledge of Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM, Oracle E1, SAP 4.7 and the interfacing adapters for each.
Develop a working knowledge of all product data standards, validation rules, product configurations, part types, and change control workflows.
Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive processes using process improvement and other technical tools.
Participate in the creation and review of process documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
How will you get here?
Bachelor?s degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
1 ? 3 years of experience in Product Life Cycle Management and Change Control desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge of ERP/PLM Systems, understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) structures and product lifecycle management processes.
Skilled in use of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel spreadsheets is mandatory, as is a capacity to follow written procedures.
Ability to communicate data requirements for all five core processes, changes to data standards, systems, and data management processes along with any impact to different functions and regions.
Basic understanding of Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology.
Ability to build positive internal relationships with close network to support business processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment to meet goals and timelines.
Individual must be self-motivated with excellent organization skills and be detail oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a large, global team and across all levels.
Ability to initiate own tasks with input/guidance from manager.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global / regional team to accomplish individual and team objectives.
Good problem solving and reasoning skills to effectively deal with problems varying in complexity relative to job level.
Exhibit an enthusiasm and strong desire for improvement to self and team processes.
Ability to grasp big picture of overall SKU setup and the related process pieces.
Ability to manage between multiple responsibilities.
