An addition to staff within the firm's 16 New York City attorney worker's compensation practice
This position is located in their New York City executive offices located on the Avenue of the Americas
This is not a litigation position and they are seeking a strategic person who wants real career growth as they develop the firm's practice and modality
Compensation
$140,000 with the firm offering outstanding benefits, financial growth, two types of bonuses, generous vacation, stability and security with a growing 400 U.S. attorney population.

Key Responsibilities
This attorney will work with current resources and determine process going forward to optimize revenue in this practice group
Analyze case histories from initiation to completion
Work with firm marketing department and communication resources to offer synergistic solutions
Report on a semi annual basis to the managing partner responsible for new business development
Required Skills
3-5 Years of related experience within worker's compensation
JD with MBA highly desired
Strong business acumen and exposure to national growth within a 400 attorney practice
