The role has a significant opportunity to enable strategy delivery, business performance and quality of leadership across Syngenta Group\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Accountabilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBusiness Advisor: Understands requirements of the business and related needs of our learners. Valued business advisor who can address important issues such as the ROI of training, measurement and evaluation, strategic alignment, project planning, and organizational needs.\r\n\tLearning Experience Designer: The LExA will work with external vendor partners and also independently to ensure the end-to-end learning experience is targeted to learners’ needs.\r\n\tProject Management: The LExA will orchestrate design projects and design teams, while continuously engaging the business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts throughout the Design and Build stages.\r\n\tCommunity Builder and Learning Experience Facilitator: The LExA will actively nurture social and peer learning for targeted leadership communities, by curating highly engaging and relevant LXP content and pathways and facilitating peer coaching/dialogue tailored to the communities’ needs.  \r\n\tPersonalised Development Advisor: The LExA will advise and support leaders to design individually tailored pathways and navigate all the solutions available to meet their development needs and learning preferences.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKnowledge, Experience & Capabilities\r\n\r\nCritical knowledge:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tUniversity degree in Human Resources / Social or Business Studies / Organizational Behaviour/ Instructional Design\r\n\tMasters level degree or higher preferable\r\n\tDemonstrated expertise in learning experience design and evaluation, leadership development and talent management, team facilitation\r\n\tExpertise in vertical and horizontal development design  \r\n\tCoaching/team facilitation certification\r\n\tExpertise in learning technologies and technology trends\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCritical Skills & Experience: \r\n\r\n\r\n\t10 years’ experience in POD/L&D or Functional Learning, including 3 years’ experience in learning experience design for leadership and talent development\r\n\tExperience working across multiple geographies and business units within a matrix environment\r\n\tExperience working within/with China would be an advantage\r\n\tAgile and design thinking methodologies\r\n\tAbility to translate business requirements into skills needs\r\n\tInfluencing key stakeholders\r\n\tExecutive (1:1) and team coaching/facilitation experience required\r\n\tProject and budget management\r\n\tExternal vendor partner management\r\n\tTechnology-savvy, experienced in learning pathway design in digital learning and collaboration platforms\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCritical Leadership Capabilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tEvokes transformation and challenges the status quo with empathy\r\n\tContinuous learner focused on own professional and personal development supported by self-awareness, curiosity, and interpersonal intelligence\r\n\tHigh adaptability and flexibility\r\n\tPersonal resilience\r\n\tRelationship builder, approachable and engaging\r\n\tDelivers results - ability to prioritize, organize, and facilitate effectively, in order to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines - ability to creatively solve problems while working under pressure\r\n\tCollaborator - ability to work closely with peers to ensure successful learning outcomes\r\n\tLeverages diversity\r\n\tCultural awareness\r\n\tCoaching and team builder\r\n\tAbility to communicate, negotiate, and influence with all levels of management to produce outcomes\r\n\tAbility to show good judgment, take initiative, and make decisions to accomplish results \r\n\r\n,
