Payroll Coordinator ---- Chicago Law Firm - 60-75k - Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is working with a growing, well known law firm client located in Chicago that is adding a Payroll Coordinator to their expanding team. A flexible, hybrid schedule is available with this opportunity!
An ideal candidate will have prior ADP software experience, possess multi-state payroll experience and have experience overseeing the processing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree with a business focus is preferred, but not required.
2-3 years of payroll experience
Law firm/legal industry experience is highly preferred.
Experience overseeing payroll for a minimum of 300 employees
ADP payroll software experience is required.
