Duties
Summary
Provides technical support
and project management to the Attorney Human Resources function firm-wide,
handling data management, reporting and auditing for attorney recruiting
and attorney development, and special projects. Manages the day-to-day
HRIS operations supporting the Summer Associate and Fall Recruiting Programs.
Responsibilities
Provides technical support to
the Attorney Human Resources function firm wide, handling data management,
reporting and auditing for attorney recruiting, attorney development and
special projects
Coordinates the workflow of
HRIS function supporting the Summer Associate Program, including the work
history and evaluation components
Coordinates the workflow of
the HRIS functions supporting the Fall Recruiting process, including on-campus
and in-office interviews
Assists in the development and
maintenance of databases
Audit and maintain current and
historical data
Assists with data entry for
the full recruiting process
Manage firms resources responsibly
Develops and maintains training
materials and conducts training
Documents procedures
Coordinates paperwork throughout
the life cycle of the applicant
Develops database reports using
Crystal Reports, MS Excel and MS Access
Manages special projects as
needed
Audits and maintains current
and historical data
Performs data entry
Demonstrates effective interpersonal,
written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships
with others.
Manages Firm resources responsibly
Complies with and understands
Firm operation, policies and procedures
Performs other related duties
as assigned
Required
Bachelor’s degree
2 years previous related HRIS
experience
Lawcruit and Crystal Reports
experienced strongly preferred
Outstanding interpersonal skills
in order to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently
The ability to adapt to new
assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
is required
Knowledge of relevant firm computer
software (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint), with the ability to learn new
software and operating systems
Proficient in advanced Excel
functions (i.e. formulas and v-lookups)
