This role is also responsible for assisting with the firm’s professional development function including the administration of the mentoring program. Applicants must have a four-year college degree. The position requires strong organization skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good judgment and the ability to maintain confidential information. Must be a team player and work well with all levels of firm personnel. Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
