As an experienced 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering the full cycle recruitment process to support the hiring of business-critical roles across the Commercial and Outdoor functions. Working as an ambassador for Global with internal applicants and positively promoting internal mobility across the regions. Work closely with the wider P&C team to help build and deliver our EVP across the regional offices and in the external candidate market. Assist with training initiatives to ensure hiring teams are consistent and compliant in approach. Assist with running assessment centres to filter large pools of candidates e.g. entry level talent in line with our skills/capability.
