Exempt and Non-Exempt recruitment
of legal staff
Duties
Report to the Director of Human
Resources and assist with the identification, recruitment, screening and
attraction of legal staff
Function as HR liaison with
various departments and vendors
Utilize and develop resources
to enhance the firm's recruitment practices
Experience
Bachelor's degree (HR Management
ideal)
Ideal candidate will have mid
to large size law firm experience
Experience recruiting legal
staff on varied Exempt and Non-Exempt levels
Capacity to communicate effectively
with all levels of staff
Ability to maintain a strong
sense of professionalism in a respected Human Resource environment
Ability ot multi-task and fulfill
recruitment objectives in a timely manner
